We understand that people are still nervous about booking at the present time, due to ongoing fears of new lockdowns or being required to self-isolate if they catch the virus. Please rest assured that your booking is safe.

  • Our standard terms require payment in full seven days before arrival. This has not changed. Payment in advance of arrival minimises physical contact, and helps prevent the spread of the virus.
  • We offer free cancellation for any (or no) reason, provided the request is made seven days before the expected check-in date.
  • If after payment, we are unable to accept you as a guest because a new national or regional lockdown in our area prevents us from opening our guest rooms, we will offer a full refund.
  • If after payment, we are unable to accept you as a guest because a new regional lockdown in your home area has meant you must not travel, we will offer a full refund.
  • If, after payment, you are unable to travel because one of the planned guests has received a positive diagnosis for the Covid-19 virus and is required to self-isolate, we will offer a full refund. In this case, we will require evidence of a positive diagnosis. If it is a group booking, this refund applies only to the household for which one or more members have had a positive diagnosis.
